What we collect
- Order details — name, address, email, what you bought, so we can ship it and handle returns.
- Trade applications — business name, website, country, resale number if you give one, to price your account.
- Messages — whatever you write to us, kept so we can answer and remember the context.
- Basic analytics — pages viewed, referrer, device type, in aggregate. No cross-site advertising profile.
Cart storage
Your cart lives in your own browser's local storage. It is not sent to us until you place an order or email it. Clearing site data clears the cart.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent customer data.
- We do not add trade applicants to a newsletter without a separate opt-in.
- We do not run retargeting pixels that follow you across other sites.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store a card number. During the pre-launch period no card is taken at all — orders are reservations and we email an invoice when stock lands.
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires. Trade applications that do not become accounts: 12 months. Email: 24 months. Analytics: 14 months.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at hello@fishhub.club. We answer within 30 days and do not require a reason. If you are in the EU or UK, our EU responsible-person contact for product-safety matters is available on request.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. The cart uses local storage; analytics is aggregate and does not identify you.
