Prices and specifications
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Specifications marked nominal are the manufacturer's declared figures. Measured figures, when published, carry a date and batch code. We may correct an obvious pricing or specification error before an order ships; if we do, you may cancel for a full refund.
Reservations during pre-launch
While the site shows a pre-launch notice, an order is a reservation: no card is charged and no contract of sale is formed until we email an invoice for stock that has landed. You may cancel a reservation at any time before that invoice.
Shipping, returns and faults
See Shipping & returns, which forms part of these terms. Fault claims require the batch code from the spool band.
Trade accounts
- Minimum order: 50 spools, mixed SKUs. Payment at order by card or transfer; we do not extend credit terms.
- Trade prices are confidential to your account and may change with notice before your next order.
- Map pricing: trade buyers agree not to advertise our products below our published retail price.
- Custom labels are produced to your artwork; you warrant that the artwork does not infringe a third party's rights.
Subscriptions and refills
Refill plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. We email a reminder seven days before each delivery; you may skip, change contents or cancel from that email. No charge is made for a cancelled or skipped delivery.
Product use and liability
Fishing line is a consumable and can fail under loads beyond its rating, through abrasion, or through poor knots. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate rating and inspecting line before use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Compliance
Products are supplied with REACH / SVHC declarations where applicable and labelled for California Proposition 65 where required. California Proposition 65 applies to certain lead-containing fishing components; our line products do not contain added lead.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to consumer rights you have in your own country of residence, which continue to apply.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page is the version that applies to a new order.
